About Tiffany
Tiffany has dedicated her career to equipping individuals with the mindset and tools to lead at their highest potential. From serving as a combat veteran to rising as an executive leader, she has firsthand experience in navigating high-stakes environments and turning challenges into opportunities. With over two decades of experience in public service, Tiffany's journey led her to the Internal Revenue Service, Small Business/Self Employed Division where she rapidly ascended through the ranks and recently was the Acting Director of Quality Technical Services and currently is the Deputy Director, Small Business/Self Employed-Human Capital Office. In her role, Tiffany not only manages complex responsibilities within the agency but also actively contributes to the development of others leadership skills. Tiffany is a national leadership coach supporting our U.S. Military through the Armed Forces Success Center (AFSC) and her own business, helping individuals with her tailored programs. Through her signature framework, The Empowerment Equation she equips leaders with the mindset, accountability, and resilience needed to drive lasting success in both their professional and personal lives and supports our military in successfully transitioning into civilian professional careers. Tiffany's academic success is commendable. Having graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington State University in 2021, prior to her impactful career in public service, Tiffany served in the United States Air Force as Security Forces, completing three overseas tours during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. She has been recognized for her exceptional dedication, being honored as a finalist for the Outstanding Law Enforcement Employee of the Year by the Chicago Federal Executive Board. Additionally, Tiffany is the only recipient of the Vernon Hunter Distinguished Service Award. Currently residing in Oakland, California, Tiffany is a devoted mother to her adult daughter and her loyal Siberian Husky, Winter.
